Loreto Reyes Raquel Sr., of Wahiawa, passed away in Wahiawa, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
He is survived by wife, Perlita Vidad Raquel; sons, Don Raquel, Loreto Raquel Jr; daughters, Laverne Raquel-Arucan, Gwendolyn Raquel, and 11 grandchildren.
