Lourdes B. Arcayna's Obituary
Lourdes "Daisy" Bello Arcayna, a beloved soul, passed away on February 23, 2024, in Pearl City, Hawaii. She was born on February 11, 1936, in Santa, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Lourdes touched the lives of many with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love.
Lourdes had a passion for Filipino cuisine, and her kitchen was a haven where she conjured up delicious meals that brought joy to family and friends. Her adoration for cooking was evident in every dish she prepared.
Together with her husband, Lourdes formed a captivating dancing pair. Their graceful movements on the dance floor enchanted everyone who witnessed their love and harmony. Their bond was a testament to enduring companionship.
Beyond the dance floor, Lourdes was an ardent football fan. She cheered for her favorite teams with fervor, celebrating victories and sharing in the defeats. Her enthusiasm for the sport was contagious.
She loved to travel. She went on numerous cruises with her husband, traveled overseas as well as the mainland to tour and visit family/friends.
Lourdes’ grandchildren and great grandchildren are most precious to her, took part in their upbringing and had her share of caring for them.
Lourdes leaves behind a legacy of love and family. She is survived by her five children:

Her Grandchildren: Samantha Smith, Zach Smith, Sam Arcayna, Monika Bourque, Ben Bourque, Kahekili Pahio, and John Paul Arcayna, 2 Great grandkids: Mason Perreira, Leah Perreira and her Sister Melita Cabuena.
