“Aunty Minda” and Florence Elaydo Custodio were very close sisters. Minda was a strong “Elaydo”; full of poise, strength, and warmth. She would visit our mother, Florence, often over then last year to help her cope from being a recent widow. Showing her how to move on. They would “talk story”, share mango, & eat Filipino food! Minda would show Florence how to dance, while Florence tries to encourage Minda to exercise. When I asked my mom, “Was Minda a good sister?” Florence, emphatically said, “Yes! She would take me dancing.” We love you Aunty Minda! Fly with Angels and Dance with the Stars!
