Mabel Agnes Cornwell's Obituary
Mabel Agnes Cornwell of Honolulu passed away at her home on October 13, 2013 at the age of 98. She was born on January 14, 1915 and graduated from Sacred Hearts Academy, Class of 1933.
Mom retired from the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel as a housekeeper after 30 years. She was a member of the Pioneer Club, Japanese Culture Club at the Lanakila Center, Local 5, UPW, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and a longtime member of Hale O’ Na Alii Hawaiian Civic Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband James L. Cornwell Jr. and her son Clayton Cornwell.
She is survived by daughter, Juanita “Sweetheart” Enos; sons, James L. “Kimo” Cornwell (Debbie) and Alvin “Al” Cornwell; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren
Her services will be held on Thursday November 14, 2013 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; visitation will begin at 9:00a.m.; services at 11:00a.m.; burial 1:00p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery
