Celebrating the Life of Magdalena "Daling" Long-gat Ramos, 90, of Honolulu, Hawaii who passed away in Honolulu. She was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines on October 8, 1923 to Pedro Bumagat Long-gat and Pastora Bolosan Mendoza. She married Federico Galiza Ramos. She was a retired Dole Cannery pineapple trimmer.
She is survived by husband, Federico Galiza Ramos; daughters, Maria Dolores L. Ramos, Teresita "Delia" Eder and Nenita "Nita" R. (Romulo "Romy") Ponce and Remedios R. "Remy" (Rey "Rico") Tumamao; sons, Hermogenes L. (Elvira) Ramos, Rosalino L. (Maricris) Ramos and Enrique "Samuel" (Thelma) Ramos; 20 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and sister, Gabriela Sambajon (of the Philippines).
Visitation to her evening wake service will be held 5:30-9:00 p.m., Friday, September 5, 2014 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service to begin at 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation to her funeral service will be held 9:30-10:15 a.m., Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Our Lady of the Mount Catholic Church; Mass to begin at 10:30 a.m., with burial to follow 12:00 noon at Valley of The Temples Memorial Park.
