It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Manuel “Manny” Lagadon Valin, who entered eternal rest on August 18, 2025, in San Juan, Batangas, Philippines. He pursued his education at the University of the East, Philippines, laying the foundation for his remarkable journey in business and community service. Manny was a man of vision, perseverance and boundless energy. He was a talented salesman and businessman, known for his entrepreneurial spirit. He was the founder of Tax Consultants, Realty Consultants and Fast Remit, and established himself as a real estate broker and developer in Hawaii. In the year 2000, he returned to the Philippines, where he invested in land and built both the Valin Poultry Farm and the Valin Resort, creating legacies that reflected his determination and love for hard work. Throughout his life, Manny was dedicated not only to business but also to his family, faith and community. He was proud of his children, who went on to become doctors, lawyers and business owners. He lived a life filled with joy and purpose- traveling the world, participating in medical missionary work, and, in his younger years, enjoying parties, ballroom dancing, and even venturing into politics as a council member candidate. Manny will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who always carried a smile and an optimistic spirit.
