Manuel Ruiz Rongcal, Jr., 39, of Kapolei, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on Thursday, August 31, 2023. He was born in Pampanga, Philippines and is survived by his mother, Cecelia, his aunty, Lolita, as well as his 6 siblings.
