He is survived by loving wife, Evelyn Blanco; daughters, Stephanie Blanco and Cheryl Blanco. Services will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Valley of the Temples Mortuary - Top Chapel. Visitation: 9:30 am Public: 10:00 am Burial: 12:00 pm at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Cemetery.
