Meliton L. Mangrobang Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. Meliton L. Mangrobang, Jr. passed away with his family by his side on Tuesday, September 6th, 2022. He was 75 years old. He was born in Tarlac, Philippines in 1947. He was a high school teacher who had a passion for teaching Math. Through education he helped and inspired many. Along with being a great mentor, he was a great husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to those who needed a helping hand. He wrote beautiful poetry to his wife and kept a joyful spirit.
Meliton is survived by his beloved wife Sonia Mangrobang, his children Melson Mangrobang, Kathrine (Justin) Brown, and Meljun (Lynelle) Mangrobang. He leaves behind three grandchildren, Liv London Brown, Ayla Jane Mangrobang, and Zoe Emiko Mangrobang.
Visitation will begin at 9:00AM on October 29th, 2022 at Our Lady of the Mount in Honolulu. Services will begin at 11:30am with burial at Valley of the Temples at 1:00pm.
