Melvin Shoichi Mikasa, 75, of Kaneohe, retired Board of Water Supply and part of the Holiday Golf Club, has passed away peacefully on July 9, 2018 at Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by his wife, Micha; and his son, Brian. Visitation starts at 10am and the service begins at 11am on August 16, 2018 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Burial 1:00 p.m. at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery Kaneohe.
