Mercedes Ebia Piedad's Obituary
Mercedes Piedad, also known to many as “Nanny”, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2022, at the age of 97. Born on October 31, 1924, in Waialua, Oahu to Ariston and Tiborcia Ebia. She is survived by daughter Sandra M. Kelly (Paul), granddaughters Shannon Spencer (Sonny) and Christine Enrico (Eric), 5 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter, and 8 siblings. She was a beloved wife, mother, and nanny who touched many hearts throughout her lifetime. Services will be held Friday, August 12, 2022, at St. Anthony’s Church in Kalihi. Visitation from 9:15-10:00 a.m., Service 10:00am, and Mass 10:15 a.m. Burial will be at 1:00pm at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Cemetery.
