Assistant Fire Chief Mike was my mentor and leader for two contracts in the Marshall Islands on Roi Namur.
Always willing to share his extensive Firefighting knowledge, and his vast knowledge of the Islands.
When I am on the Fireground as a Fire Chief, and in the Fire Stations around the globe, I think of Chief Philip and what he taught me.
