He grew up a “Military Brat” and lived all over the United States and got the opportunity of a lifetime and spent a year in Australia with his mom and sister while his father attended school in San Francisco. He loved living in Australia with his cousins, Leanne, Stephen and Kerrilyn Thomas and Aunt Connie and Uncle Norman Thomas. He fell in love with his sister in law Margo Bow and married her but they divorced in 1996. One of Michael’s greatest desires was to have children of his own but unfortunately this was not a dream that would ever be realized for him.
He did have two dogs that he raised as children, Kaui and Kekoa who were waiting for him at the rainbow bridge when he passed. Michael was happy to be blessed with nieces and nephews from his sister Debbie. Rheanna and
Michael Dominici, Matthew Dominici-Brown, and Step nieces and nephew, Christopher, Sophia and Asia Dominici. Michael was an enthusiastic auto mechanic that built his own Datsun 510 from the ground up and raced his car at Hawaii Raceway Park. He earned a few trophy’s during the time he raced that he was very proud of. He enjoyed auto mechanics, building race engines, music, raising and breeding his Staffordshire and Bull Terrier/Staffordshire dogs who were his pride and joy.
Michael is remembered by his friends and family as a warm and loving man who would give you the shirt off his back. He was funny and kind and generous to everyone who touched his life. The man that he was will be greatly missed and his death has left a void that is impossible to fill.
Unfortunately Michael developed mental illness in adulthood that destroyed his life and led him into a darkness that he was unable to escape from which ultimately contributed to his early demise. His family and friends though choose to remember the man that he was in this time of sorrow. Michael is free from this earth and is flying with angels watching over the people who meant so much to him.
