Aunty Minnie was a strict, loving, humorous, and generous woman. I will cherish the memories of first meals at 2 AM on Jan 1st at her house, taking her to buffets and pedicures with my 94 year old mom and 92 year old haole aunty, and listening to her accurate stories. Rest in peace, aunty. Love you much.
Remembering Mrs. Liu from Farrington High School. She was not my teacher but was always an active part of the teaching staff and very friendly with the students. She would see me in my cheerleader uniform and ask " another Pep Rally today?" RIP to a very sweet lady!
She was a lady and a great teacher. I was in her class when she taught at Kalakaua Int. and also at Farrington High. She always kept me in the front of the class to make sure that I did not goof off. She would scold me but in her very gentle ways. I graduated in 1952 and will always remember her. I hope to meet her in Heaven and see her smile again. Harry T. Imoto Sr.
