He is survived by wife: Malaefono Fanene; sons: Faasi’u (of Tacoma, WA), Sasa (of Apia, Western Samoa) Mulifui, Sese M. Faneneand Tinilau Muliufi (of Apia, Western Samoa); daughters: Luisa Tuana’I (of Dallas, Organ) and Fiapaipai Fanene “ Paefoa” (Atlanta, Georgia); step-sons: Eka Eka Jr. (of Honolulu, HI), Kitiona Eka (of Honolulu, HI) and Lite Eka (of Auckland, Newland); step-daughter: Lotoa Eka Ikeda “Seine Fanene” (of Honolulu, HI); 26 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
