Mutsuo Kotaki, 81, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on Saturday, October 14, 2023. He was born in Kagawa prefecture in Takamatsu, Japan. Mr. Kotaki was preceded in death by his late wife, Yoko and is,survived by his niece, Satako.
