Higa; sister, Wanda Higa; brothers, Michael (Estra) and Kerwin Higa; 3 grandchildren, Taeya, Kaeleb and Kendall; casual attire; ; no flowers; visitation 10:00-10:30a.m., Saturday (7/28) at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service 10:30a.m.; inurnment 2:00p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
