Nobuyoshi Yoshinaga's Obituary
Nobuyoshi Yoshinaga, a devoted family man, passed away on June 26, 2024, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was 91 years old.
Born on October 6, 1932, in Hawaii island to the late Sonosuke and Hama Yoshinaga, Nobuyoshi dedicated his life to providing for and nurturing his loved ones. His unwavering commitment to family led him to work tirelessly, often putting in overtime hours to ensure a good life for those he cherished.
Nobuyoshi served in the army before transitioning to a career in construction, where his strong work ethic and dedication shone through. He became a Boy Scout Master when his sons joined the program where he was able to provide leadership to a whole troop of young men. Retirement allowed him to travel, domestically and abroad, including cruises to Alaska and through the Panama Canal. He enjoyed watching football and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Beatrice, their children Chad and David (Ayami), and his cherished grandchild. Nobuyoshi’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew him, and his memory will forever be a source of inspiration for hard work, love, and devotion to family.
