Norman H DeCosta Sr. of Kaunakakai passed away on January 10, 2024. He was 78 years old. Norman was a retired shipyard worker. He is survived by his wife Doreen Faith DeCosta and his sons Norman Henry DeCosta Jr. and Michael Louis DeCosta. A committal service will be held at HSVC on February 13, 2024 at 10:00 am.
