Norman N Higa of Honolulu passed away on April 30, 2024. He was 72 years old. Norman retired from the armed forces. Following his retirement, Norman continued to work in the health field as a Health Technician at Tripler Army Medical Center. Norman is survived by his wife Yvonne Higa; his siblings Harold (Laverne) Higa, Eddie (Tina) Higa; his step children Danny (Ida) Young, Charlie (Jen) Young; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
