Celebrating the Life of Ofelia Santos Murabayashi, born March 15, 1945 in Gua Gua Pampanga, Philippines. Her parents were Dalmacio and Adoracion Santos. She was the 4th out of 10 children. She lived in Kaneohe. A very generous, kind, outgoing and Joyful person. Passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 in Kailua, Hawaii. Married to Albert Murabayashi on November 6, 1985. Ofelia was a retired Sales Associate with Ross’ Kaneohe; also a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Her most important events in her life were going on vacation to Disneyland with Albert before Krickette was born. One of her most important events in her life was coming to Hawaii from the Philippines on October 4, 1981. Her favorite hobbies and past times included seeing her children and grandchildren, cooking and shopping. Her favorite music to listen to was Filipino love songs. She is survived by husband, Albert K.; sons, Arnel (Perlita), Jose and Arnold (Nina) Santos; daughters, Jesusa (Henry) Salenga and Krickette Murabayashi; brothers, Manolito (Hermenegilda) and Virgilio (Daisy) Santos; sisters, Teresita (Vinnie) Bongiorno , Lazara (Fructuoso) Adong and Monica (Glenencio) Salenga; 8 grandchildren, Michael, Justin, Alyana, Andrea, Brianna, Andrei, Sean and Sam
Her services will be on Monday, October 14, 2013 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church-Kaneohe. Visitation will be from 9:30-10:45a.m., eulogy 10:45a.m.; Mass will begin at 11:00a.m.
