Orlando Diaz Peralta's Obituary
Orlando Diaz Peralta, our devoted husband, father, grandfather, and the very foundation of our family, left us on February 15, 2025, in Waipahu, Hawaii.
Born in Solsona, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, Orlando shared his love and gentle spirit with everyone he met. He dedicated nearly 30 years to Oahu Sugar Company, starting as a cane field worker and advancing to a haul crane Sr. truck driver. His hard work and commitment were admired by colleagues and friends alike.
Always mindful of his health, Orlando joined the YMCA to keep in good shape, where he also formed cherished friendships. His warmth and kindness made a lasting impact on all who knew him, and he was considered a good friend by many.
Orlando is survived by his wife, Natividad, two daughters, Ronalyn (Melytor) Campos, Jacqueline (Romel) Mendoza, grandsons, Anthony, Dane, Tyren, Jorel, younger brother, Florentino and numerous other members of the family and family friends.
To us, his family, he was more than words can express. His love bound us together, and his gentle spirit guided us. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A Catholic service will be held on Monday, April 28th, 2025, at St. Joseph Church, Waipahu. Public visitation will begin at 10:00 am.
Burial Service to follow at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Cemetery at 3:00 pm.
