Oscar Q. Arce's Obituary
Oscar Quibote Arce, 58, of Honolulu, has passed away on Thursday April 11, 2019 in Honolulu. Oscar was born in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur in the Philippines to his parents Antonio Arce and Basilia Quibote. He supported his family by working for the United States Navy for 11 years in Maintenance. Oscar's main interest was everything basketball related.
Oscar is survived by his wife of 28 years, Elvina Arce and his children; Justine Arce and Jerome Arce. Oscar is also survived by his sisters; Emma (Leonardo) DelaCruz, Lilia Tejano, Lorna (Wilfredo) Noynay, and Rosalie (Robert) Alonzo.
For those who would like to join the family during this difficult time, Oscar Arce's Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday May 16, 2019 at the Valley of the Temples Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will begin at 9:30am and the Memorial Service will begin at 10:00am. Burial Services will be held at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park at 12:00pm.
