Patrick Joseph Romeo's Obituary
Patrick Joseph Romeo, 35, of Honolulu, originally of Keller, Texas, passed away in Groton, Connecticut on June 5, 2024. He was an avid gamer, hobby painter, and unbeatable at Magic: the Gathering. His sneaker game was on point. He loved the beach, hip hop, tattoos, travel, pho, ramen, One Piece, and trying new things. He was a submariner with a passion for the rules of the road and a biting sense of humor. He always did things the way they should be done to the best of his ability and strove to maintain a positive mental attitude. He was kind and loving and he will be sorely missed. He leaves behind his wife, Diliaur, and her family; his biological brother, Chris, and his family; his adoptive mother, Loretta, and adoptive siblings Katherine, Michael, Anthony, Joseph, and Shawn, and their families; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 15th at Diamond Head Mortuary. There will be a 10am visitation, 11am service, and refreshments to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Hawaii Food Bank in Pat’s name (select Tribute Gift option at https://hawaiifoodbank.org/donate/).
