Paul Y. K. Low, 88, a Ship Surveyor with the Ship Repair unit at Pearl Harbor Naval Ship, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on March 9, 2014. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is survived by his daughters, Barbaranne Miller, Paulette Tuchscherer, and Marilyn Matsuda; son, Stephen Low; sister, Edna Loo; and 9 grandchildren.
His services will be on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park-Chapel. Visitaion will be from 10:00-10:30a.m., services will begin at 10:30a.m., with inurnment at 1:00p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
