Sheila,We were so sorry and sad to hear about Paul's unexpected passing. So many memories came back to us of our family and church times together back in Kaneohe, Schofield Barracks, Ewa Beach and Waipahu in the '90s. Wish we could have been there for the Celebration of his Life. Thank God for the hope that we all share together in Christ! You are in our prayers as are Heather and Hans. Please do not hesitate to call us if you need anything.Aloha and Peace in Christ!Tim, Sue, TJ and AndrewOceanside, CA##imported-begin##The Moynihans##imported-end##
Paul was a very nice guy.. I remember him telling me stories of how he tried to buy beer and the cashier took his ID away and I laughed because it was just so funny. He was so sweet offering to stay later just so I could go home and see my son. He was such a good guy and I can say I'm going to miss him so much, even though I haven't known him for a long time. Rest in paradise Paul♥!##imported-begin##Chasity Saniatan##imported-end##
I remember Paul when he came in for his interview at Shakey's. He was dressed to the 9's; a three piece suit and tie. Not the usual slippahs, shorts and t-shirt that we usually see with the local kids. And it was hot outside! Paul was often asked by guests if I was his father. We do share some resemblance - both haole, blue eyes, me tall, Paul short (must have got the height from his mom?) We would laugh whenever that came up. Paul was a people person. He would go out of his way to greet guests at the door and help them with selecting items from the menu or help them find a place to sit. Paul, Rest in Peace! You will be missed here at Shakey's. My thoughts and prayers are with the Schmidt's during this difficult time of loss.##imported-begin##Brad Vandeman##imported-end##
