Pepito Paguirigan Ulep, 76, of Waipahu, passed away on October 28, 2204, at Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in January 20, 1948 in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Retired as a Chief Officer for the Federal Government and a United State Navy Veteran.
Pepito is survived by his Wife: Dyuvi Ulep; Children: Lilybell Marie Ulep-Hernandez, Jacklord Jospeh Ulep, Pepito Ulep, Jr., Michael Ulepm Ronald Angel Ulep, Veronica Helphand; Grandchildren: 7 and 1 Great grandchild.
