Petra Pucan Ulit's Obituary
Petra Pucan Ulit, 89, of Honolulu, passed away February 23, 2016 at Queen's Medical Center. Born in Batac, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to parents Nazario and Hilaria Maduli Pucan, Petra was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandma. She was preceded in death by her husband and four sons, Ernesto, Nicanor, Virgilio and Fernando Ulit.
She is survived by sons, Rogelio (Emilyn) Ulit, Antonino (Lilia) Ulit and Roland (Janet) Ulit; daughters Godelia Tualla and Elizabeth (Rey) Lopez; brothers, Angel Pucan, Romulo (Remy) Pucan, Santos (Edna) Pucan; sister, Felipa Pucan; 28 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:30-9:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Wake service will begin at 6:30 p.m. A second visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at 12:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Family requests no flowers. Casual attire is suggested.
