Philip Clayton Sampaio's Obituary
Philip Clayton Sampaio also known as Dukie was born in Honolulu to Violet & Ernest Sampaio on September 8, 1956. He is survived by his three children & five grandchildren. Son Clayton (Amanda) Sampaio, Daughters Alana (Breland) Pedro, and Amber (Diamond) Kealohanui. Grand Children Aliyah & Kainoa Sampaio, Alena,Ava,& Bishop Pedro. Sisters Sandy Cummings, Odetta Higa, Porschia (Iray) Kanehailua, Brittany Sampaio, many nieces & nephews. In the early morning hours on August 14,2023 at Straub hospital he was welcomed into the gates of heaven for his eternal resting place.
His love & passion for music will forever be remembered by all. We know he’s singing with his guitar in hand watching over us all.
Our family would like to thank everyone for their love, prayers, and support during this time. Please join us in celebrating his life.
