Pui Man Li's Obituary
Born in Shanghai, Pui moved with her family and finished her secondary education in Hong Kong. She immigrated to Honolulu to attend college and, during this time, met her future husband. They were married for nearly 45 years and have three children and one grandson.
Those who knew Pui would recall her creativity and thoughtfulness. Throughout her life, her self-expression manifested through various mediums such as performance arts, music, Tai Chi, as well as a flair for fashion. While in Hong Kong, she had opportunities to dance on stage and even cinema. She also loved to travel, which allowed her to embark on numerous adventures to many great cities and countries of the world, both solo and with friends and family. Needless to say, Pui made many friends across the world along the way. Her most envious virtue was her big heart toward older people. She regularly shared meals, spent time chatting with them, and helped them run errands.
Our Mom was generous in life. She will be missed, and we will remember her always. Richard, Tatum, Tania, Terence, and Dorien would like to extend our gratitude to You for taking the time to celebrate Mom's life and her journey to the next.
