He was a Maintenance worker at the Navy Exchange.He is survived by wife, Debbie Arroyo; son, Lai-ino Sirineo Arroyo; daughters, Pamela Arroyo-Lindayag and Jessica Marie Arroyo; brothers, Fernando Jr., Romeo and Jesus Arroyo; sisters, Leonora Arroyo Natividad, Carolina Arroyo Mendoza; adopted sister, Teresita Esquejo Dominguez; grandchildren, Stephen Anthony Arroyo, Nicholas Aaron and Matthew Adam Lindayag
