Ricardo Subuc Ibale Sr., 89, passed away in Honolulu on Thursday, November 1, 2018. Born December 8, 1928 in Pangasinan, Philippines. Ricardo was a business owner as a Barber. Survived by son, Ricardo Ibale, Jr; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be held at Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace on Thursday, December 6, 2018. Visitation: 11 am Mass: 12 pm.
