Ricardo B. Victorio, 82, passed away in Wahiawa on Friday, December 27, 2019. Survived by wife, Francisca Victorio; children, Maria Criselda (Howard) Reyes, Maria Anna (Troy Steckler) Victorio, Ricardo (Victoria) Victorio, Tomasito (Maria Fe) Victorio; 11 grandchildren. Services will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at St. John Catholic Church at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity in Ricardo B. Victorio Jr's name. Thank you
