Robert William Longstaff IV's Obituary
ROBERT WILLIAM LONGSTAFF IV, 71, of Kaneohe, passed away October 18, 2015. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Beatrice Leilani "Lani" Cabral Longstaff, whom he married on January 26, 1980 and with whom he reunited ten years, one month and seventeen days after her passing. The son of Robert W. Longstaff III and Minnie Emmsley Longstaff, he was born in Wailuku, Maui where he lived until the tenth grade, moved to Oahu and graduated from Kailua High School. He lived most of his adult life on the Windward side and worked as a baker for Love's Bakery until his retirement. He built his family home in Kahalu`u, flew gliders at Mokuleia, and LOVED HIS FAMILY.
He is survived by his only child, Mariko Kuupuanani Longstaff Mahaulu and his three beloved grandchildren, Angelleilani "Angel" Kameleonalani Kealakai Longstaff-Mahulu, Leimakamaekuikealoha Kauamakamaeonalani "Makamae" Longstaff-Mahaulu and Kaniela Lopaka "Kaniela" Longstaff-Mahaulu.
He will be missed by Lani's family and those who knew him. Thank you for taking care of us Uncle Bobby. We love you!
Private services and inurnment were held at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
