Robert William Surber, age 71, of South San Francisco, California and Keaau, Hawaii, passed away June 27, 2016 in Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii. He was born June 14, 1945 in Indianapolis, Indiana, and was a mental health consultant. He is survived by wife, Diane Robinson; sons, Robert Thoresen, Jr., Geir Thoresen and Justin Surber; daughter, Christine Surber; brother, Richard Surber; sister, Ruthann Osenbaugh; four grandchildren.
