Rodney Ronaldo Nacnac

With hearts full of love, we celebrate the life of Rodney Ronaldo Nacnac, who passed away peacefully at his home in Pearl City, Hawaii, on January 8th, 2025. Born on March 23rd, 1941, in Honoka'a, Hawai'i, Rodney was a beacon of kindness and generosity, touching the lives of all who knew him.

A hardworking and humble man, Rodney dedicated his life to his family and his passion for painting. As a retired painter, his artistry brought color and joy to many. His supportive nature and warm spirit made him a cherished friend and pillar of strength to those around him.

Rodney proudly served in the Army, demonstrating his commitment and strength. His love for life was evident in the way he cherished every moment with his family, embracing each day with joy and gratitude.

He is survived by his loving wife, Herminia Nacnac; his son, Ivan Nacnac, and daughter-in-law, Valerie Nacnac; his daughter, Sheryl Cummings; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Rodney's family was his greatest pride and joy, and his legacy of love lives on through them.

A celebration of Rodney's life will be held on February 13th, 2025, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church from 9 am to 12pm. Visitation will be 8:30-9:30am and then Mass from 10am-11am. 1pm Inurnment at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. We invite all who knew him to join us in honoring his memory and sharing the joyful stories he left behind.
