Rogelio was a loving husband to his wife, Felie Angel, and a dedicated father to his four children: Justin Angel, Patrick Angel, Aethel Joy Bajesta, and Alexander Angel. His kindness, strength, and wisdom will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
