Rolando Balaoing Lucero of Waipahu, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on Thursday, November 30, 2023. He was born in Zambales, Philippines and is survived by his loving wife: Zenaida, children: Wilsie, Vibeth-Ann, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
