Roman Serrano Saupan's Obituary
Roman Serrano Saupan, 85, of Ewa Beach, Hawaiʻi, passed away peacefully on April 3, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He was born on August 24, 1940, in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, to Filomeno and Enriquita Saupan.
Roman later made Hawaiʻi his home, where he built a life rooted in dedication and perseverance. He worked for many years as a Linen Attendant at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, taking pride in his work and earning the respect of colleagues and friends alike. Outside of work, Roman found great joy on the golf course, a pastime he truly loved and enjoyed sharing with others.
He is survived by his loving wife, Angie Saupan; his children, Marjorie Saupan Javier, Gudelia Saupan Malinit, Garnet Saupan, Mary Jane Saupan Ebel, and Michael Amor Savella Saupan; as well as 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Roman will be remembered for his quiet strength, warm heart, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy lives on through the generations he cherished so deeply.
