Roque Labii Saragoza, 81, passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, July 23, 2023 surrounded by family. He was born in Dingras, Illocos Norte, Philippines to Cornelio and Januaria Saragosa. He moved to Hawaii to work on the plantation. Later he met and married the love of his life, Clara Saragoza. They had five children together and resided in Ewa Beach for 33 years. Roque worked as a Carpenter on many high rise buildings on Oahu. He eventually got his General Contractors license in 1984 and began his own company, RMC contractors. He had worked hard all his life and provided for his family. Later he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to retire.
He is survived by his wife, Clara, his children, Rodil (Jessica), Clifford (Eileen), Michelle (Kevin), Steve, as well as 11 grandchildren (Ryan, Raina, Christie, Cammie, Kaylyn, Raquel, Mark, Lia, Riana, Jersia and Treshtan) and 2 great-grandchildren (Keaton and Ellyana). He is also survived by his sister Marsiana Tungpalan, who resides in Hawaii.
