Marilyn, I am happy that he met his soul mate in you and experienced “True Love”.
I wish I was able to attend his celebration of life today but I am in Montana.

Russ and Marilyn are my neighbors. They are great Neighbors, and have gotten to know them better over the years. When they first moved in, they had an open house and invited all the neighbors to introduce themselves and get to know us. What a great way to start off into a new community. I thought that was pretty cool. Russ was also on our homeowners board and cared a lot about our little community.
Russ was very friendly and always glad to see you, and quite a gentleman. Russ you will be missed. ♥️

He was handsome, quiet/shy, had a deep voice, LOVED football, and was very popular with all the young ladies when he was in high school and college. I'm sorry our lives drifted apart for 40 years, but I'm so glad we reconnected over yearly Christmas cards and weekly text messages during his treatments this past year.
