Samuel Nahulu Guerrero Jr.'s Obituary
Samuel Nahulu Guerrero, Jr. was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on July 29, 1945, to Sam Guerrero, Sr. and Vivian Mello. He was the eldest of two children.
He attended Kamehameha Schools, University of Denver, and Santa Barbara College. Following school, he worked for Simplex Grinnell Time Equipment Company as a Branch Manager.
He married Moana Trask on September 11, 1966 and together they had four children: Kimberly, Kelly, Samuel Nahulu Guerrero III, and Kristi Guerrero.
Sam enjoyed laughing and playing with his many friends. Golfing with his Waialae friends was a huge priority. He had a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing. He was an honest, kind, and humorous man who enjoyed life. Sam's life ended much too soon on July 10th. God has a good man with him now!
Sam is survived by his loving wife, Moana Trask Guerrero; children, Kim (Chris) Partika, Kelly Staggs, Sam N. Guerrero III, and Kristi (Dane) Sardinha; eight grandchildren; and sister, Leslie (Francis) Rodrigues.
Celebration of his life will be held at Waialae Country Club on Thursday, July 20, 2017; visitation to begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by services at 5:30 pm.
