Sandi Joy Frank, 83, of Washington, passed away in Kaneohe, Hawaii on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. She was born in Chicago, Illinois and is survived by her children, Sharyl, Larry (Lauren), as well as 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
