Santiago Fortaleza Almero's Obituary
Santiago “Sonny” Fortaleza Almero, 89, passed away peacefully at home in Waipahu, Hawaii.. He was born to Telesoro Santos Almero and Gleceria Fortaleza Almero on July 26, 1930 in San Antonio, Zambales, Philippines.
Santiago was a devoted husband and wonderful father to wife Conchita and children Jonathan (deceased) and GloryJean; and has proudly served in the United States Navy from 1955-1975.
He is survived by his wife, daughter, daughter-in-law, 3 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and loving family and friends.
Services will be on Friday March 27, 2020 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary at Valley of the Temples in Kaneohe, Hawaii.
Serivces are tentative at the moment due Covid-19.
