Saturnino Longboy Ulep, age 92, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2026, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Born on June 7, 1934, in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, Saturnino was the beloved son of Rosauro and Juana Ulep. He carried with him the values of hard work, perseverance, and dedication throughout his life and journey from the Philippines to Hawaii, where he built a life centered on family and service to GOD.
Saturnino was a faithful member and officer of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ). He was part of the historical growth of the Church of Christ outside the Philippines. Praise be to GOD.
He was a loyal loving husband, a good father, and an amazing grandfather. He took great pride in his family and treasured the time spent with those he loved.
Saturnino enjoyed a long and successful career in business. Through his professionalism, determination, and ability to connect with people, he earned the respect and friendship of many colleagues, clients, and community members over the years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Esmenia Ulep; his children, Carlo Ulep (Rose) and Darwin Ulep (Rachel) and his cherished grandchildren, Mason Ulep, Jaxon Ulep, and Carissa Ulep.
As faithful members of the Church of Christ, we believe that death is a rest from our labors.
