Severo Fustino Tania 's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Severo F. Tania, born on October 15, 1936 in Kahuku, Hawaii. His parents were Aguido Tania and Magdalena Nicolas. He was the 6th out of 8 children. He attended Kahuku High School. He was a retired Airplane Mechanic with the United States Air Force. He served in the United States Air Force Service from October 1956 to October 1960. He attained the rank of E-3. He lived in Kahuku until he graduated high school then joined the United States Air Force. He was married to Ruth Tania on April 28th, 1962 at St. Roch in Kahuku. His most important event in his life was getting married to Ruth Severo. He was a generous man whose favorite pastime was painting.
He is survived by his sons, Sean (Audiss) Tania; sisters, Barbara Balios, Bessie Labrador, Alejandria (Delfino) Jacinto, Mary Kautz, Elaine (Howard) Ginn and Caroline Tania; 5 grandchildren; pre deceased by wife, Ruth Tania.
Visitation will be held 10:30-11:30a.m., Tuesday February 4th, 2014 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; services will begin at 11:30a.m.; inurnment to follow 2:00p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
