Shayden Axel Tolentino's Obituary
Shayden Axel Tolentino, 8 months, passed away on July 30, 2018 in Honolulu. He was born on December 6, 2017 to Ariel and Sharon Tolentino. Shayden is survived by his parents, grandparents: Prudencio and Oliva Bermudes, Amando Sr. and Filegrina Tolentino, and Efren Sr. and Imelda Peralta, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Service will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waipahu. Visitation to begin at 9:00 am with mass to follow at 10:00 am. There will be a Burial to follow at 12:00 pm at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
