Shirley Lehua Camara's Obituary
Shirley Lehua Camara, 81, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away April 2, 2017 in Makaha. Born in Honolulu to parents John Aweau and Esther Kukahiko Aweau, Shirley was a retired supervisor for Goodwill Industries.
She is survived by sons, Luigi (Tessie) Figueroa, Michael Figueroa and Olsen Palakiko; daughters, Marylou (Greg) Grant, Joyce Figueroa and Lanamay (Lou) Franco; 20 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren; brothers Tako Aweau and Arthur Aweau; sisters, Audrey Loo and Tootsie Agres.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation will be from 6:00-9:00 p.m. with service beginning at 7:00 p.m. Graveside service and burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 5, 2017, at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Aloha attire.
