Shirley Napua Kapahu's Obituary
Shirley Napua Kapahu 76, of Kane’ohe, Hawaii, passed away on October 13, 2018. Born in Ko’olaupoko, Hawaii, she was a retired Hawaiian figurine maker with the former Coco Joe’s Company. Preceded in death by husband, Edward Kapahu, Jr., and preceded in death by brother, Felix “Don” Pacyau. Also preceded in death by parents Felix Mero Pacyau and Marie Kaupe Pacyau. She is survived by her son, Edward (Dana) Kapahu, III, her brothers, Daniel (Linda) Pacyau, Samuel (Jorene) Pacyau, Kenneth Pacyau and Richard “Keke” Kaupe (hanai), her sisters, Marilyn Pacyau and Diane (Steve) Ahrens-Obedoza (hanai). Services will be held at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary on December 11, 2018, Tuesday. Visitation from 10:30 a.m. Service at 11:30 a.m. Lunch to follow. Private burial at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
