Solomon Hanohano Kalama's Obituary
Solomon Hanohano Kalama, 86 of Waimanalo, Hawaii has passed away in Waimanalo, Hawaii on Monday, May 29, 2017. He was born to Nella Nakila and Noah K. Kalama in Honolulu, Hawaii on November 7, 1930. He retired as a Masonry Plaster Man for Local Union 630. Solomon is survived by his wife, Alberta Kalama; sons, Solomon Jr., John (Mary), Timothy (Raynar), Boyd (Kanai), Zachary (Terry), Jeremiah (Jackie) and Kialoa (Charnee); daughters; Maminette Kapule, Raenette (Clayton), Cherl-Ann (Scott) Fernandez and Kauilani (Ahonui) Ohelo. He had numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Funeral services for Solomon will be on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation will be 5:30 p.m. with service to follow at 6:30 p.m. On Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary, service will commence. Visitation will be at 10:30 a.m. Service at 11:30 a.m. and burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
